Our legitimate interests are associated with marketing of our services or delivering information, which we think will be interested to you.

You can do this at any time by sending an email to sekretariat@totem.com.pl with such request or by clicking “Unsubscribe” in our newsletter. Upon such request we will store data for a period of expiration of potential claims, but we will not send marketing communications.

2. Recruitment
We collect information from potential candidates. This is done using email, social networking or dedicated recruitment platforms.
We collect and process this information to recruit employees to our company. Participation in recruitment and submission of personal data is voluntary.
The legal basis for data collection and processing is your consent to submit data contained in your CV. Depending on whether the agreement will cover only one recruitment process or more, the data will be removed after the completion of recruitment or after 2 years.

3. Customer service and order processing
We collect data of individual and business clients and staff of our suppliers. We collect data when you register on our website printonline.totem.com.pl, from email correspondence concerning order processing or in cooperation with our suppliers.
The legal basis of data collection is to fulfill the contract or order obligations with you or your company, to take action on your request prior to signing the agreement and our legitimate interests rely on delivery of goods and services, including accounting and possible debt collection.
Data submission is voluntary, but necessary to provide the services. These data are processed for the period defined in contract or order conditions or until necessary to claim or defend against claims arising from the services provided or according to accounting regulations, whichever is longer term.

4. Web pages Optimization and Internet Marketing
When you visit our website we automatically collected user data, such as IP address, browser type, operating system type and the name of the domain from which you enter our site. We use them to provide statistics regarding use of our website, which helps us to improve quality of the service.
