A hat-trick for Totem!

On Thursday, October 24, 2024, during the opening day of the Kraków Book Fair, the results of the 19th edition of the Magazyn Literacki KSIĄŻKI (Books Literary Magazine) ranking were officially announced.

We are absolutely thrilled to share that Totem has secured 1st place! This marks our third consecutive victory – having also topped the podium in the previous two editions. Earning the title of the best printing house three years in a row is a source of immense pride and satisfaction for our entire team. More importantly, it validates that our approach to book manufacturing – combining cutting-edge technology with a deeply human touch – truly resonates with our publishing partners.

As outlined by the organizers, the final standings are determined by a combination of the number of votes cast and the total points awarded. Polish publishers evaluate printing houses across five crucial criteria:

• Quality of print production
• On-time delivery
• Flexibility and responsiveness to client needs
• Quality of interpersonal communication
• Overall satisfaction with the services provided

In this year’s edition, a total of 155 votes were cast by publishing professionals.
